We asked the flagger here if they could have found a windier spot for construction as we had a hard time keeping the bikes upright while waiting to go. She replied "We surveyed just to find the windiest spot, this was it" with a chuckle.
The beautiful Oregon weather has brought everyone out today.
There are a couple of Elk here in the distance.
Lunch was in the town of Ferndale, Ca. This is the town that "The Majestic" was filmed in.
