On the road near June Lake

The crew in front of June Lake near a giant old slot machine statue. Apparently during prohibition they dumped a bunch in this lake...

It was a little bit windy there

Tenaya Lake in Yosemite

Yosemite Valley

El Capitan.... 7500 feet tall, its the largest exposed slab of granite on earth

Simply amazing really

This is Half Dome I think

Not much of it flowing atm but this is Bridal Veil Falls

If you zoom in on these you can see the damage from the last big forest fire here a few years ago

Not very often you get a pic of yourself in another vehicle lol

On the long lonely road below Yosemite Valley on the way back home.....

It was so windy at Lake Isabella that we had to put this parking block inside my tent to keep it from blowing away...

Some beautiful views from the top of Sherman Pass

Went back to get a pic of this fence, made out of telephone poles it looked like.

It was a long haul down Sherman Pass.... Enough to boil my rear brakes

Passed this on the highway, didn't know that Crystal Geyser came from the desert...

Alot of pretty vista's going up 395

Overview of the valley at Devil's Post Pile

These strange pillars are pretty amazing rock formations, and I had never heard of this place before going there.

Me at with Devil's Post Pile in the background sitting on some of the remnants of the ones that have fallen down.

A couple of cross sections of the Post's

This was at the top, pretty amazing to walk around up here on this....

It was a long walk up to the top tho...

We also found this National Park, based around this earthquake fault, you can see how the sides would fit together...

There was still snow at the bottom

Burning the wood that was bought at Lake Isabella only to be hauled 300 miles north....
