The little dots you see are powered parasails, if you look at the blow up you can see them, there must have been over 100 in this area flitting around
Grand Coolee Dam, its the 4th largest concrete structure in the world behind the 3 rivers dam project in China. It also is the 4th largest hydro electric producer in the world. It still holds both titles in North and South America
They do a laser light show off of the dam at night, its a pretty cool place to go that I had never heard of before
